Children are natural observers – they notice things adults walk right past. We wanted to create a game that celebrates this superpower. Where's Waldo showed us that searching through a rich picture is one of the most engaging things you can do with a page. We brought that idea into Fiete's world: hand-drawn scenes full of stories, jokes and hidden surprises that reward every curious eye.

Each scene asks the same question: where is Fiete? Children explore a richly illustrated landscape and tap on rocks, trees and plants to see what is hiding behind them. Along the way they meet over 40 cute animals – cats, foxes, raccoons – who can be tickled, stroked and discovered. Once Fiete is found, the next level begins. The landscapes recompose themselves with every new game, so there are always new places and animals to discover.

Unlike many hidden-object games that use photographic clutter, our hand-drawn scenes tell visual stories. Searching for hidden objects in a detailed scene requires sustained attention and systematic scanning. Children learn to focus their gaze, filter out distractions and search methodically – skills that directly support reading, learning and classroom attention.

The game trains children to notice small differences – a hat that's slightly different, a character hiding behind a tree. This sharpened observation ability helps in everyday life, from noticing traffic signs to reading facial expressions.
