Users include child users (children using the child-friendly learning area) and adult users (including parents and guardians).

2. Accounts, Passwords, and Payments

A. Account Types

We currently offer the following account types:

  • Family accounts: A family account can have a maximum of four users – one adult and up to three children.
  • Teacher accounts: Can only be registered by adults employed at an educational institution. A separate family account is required for private family use.

B. Registration and Security

To use our services, you must create an account. You are required to provide truthful and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.

C. Payments and Subscriptions

By activating a paid account, you agree that we will automatically renew your subscription for the same period and charge you accordingly, unless you cancel the account before the renewal date.

3. Ownership and License

All content of our services – including software, graphics, text, images, sounds, and videos – are the property of Ahoiii Entertainment UG or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not use our services to:

  • distribute or provide illegal content
  • harass or harm other users
  • reverse-engineer or decompile the services
  • circumvent security mechanisms
  • offer commercial services without our express permission

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.

Our services are provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free availability.
