My code from the physical gift card isn't working!

Don't worry. In most cases, the code is still valid. Cancel the subscription in the app—it will then expire for free 7 days after it starts. After that, you can [redeem your code here](/signup). Problems usually arise because your account is still in the free 7-day trial period—our system prevents two active subscriptions from being active on the same account at the same time.

Does it matter where I sign up for a KidsKlub membership?

There are several ways to do this: through our website, via a KidsKlub app like Fiete World or Fiete PlaySchool, or with physical gift cards. It doesn’t really matter where you sign up for the subscription. However, you must cancel it through the respective app store or our website.

Sure! Delete the app and download the latest version from the App Store. Tap through the onboarding process until you reach the shopping page (don’t buy anything!). There’s a “Close” button in the top-left corner. Once you tap it, you’ll be back in the app. Then tap the green shopping cart button and scroll down to “Restore Purchases.”

Why isn't Family Sharing working?

I can't sign in to my child's device after clicking "Sign in with Apple." What should I do?

You can sign in with your email address and password instead. On your own device, go to Account Settings, sign out, reopen the app, and tap “Forgot Password” (not “Sign in with Apple”). Enter your email address to set a new password. If you’ve used “Hide Email,” use your Apple Relay address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com).

I used "Hide My Email." How do I find my Apple Relay email address?
