b) Data Processing When You Contact Us

When you contact us via email or a contact form, the data you provide (email address, name, and phone number if applicable) will be stored so that we can answer your questions. We will delete the collected data as soon as storage is no longer necessary.

c) App user account

If you use our app, we need your email address to create a user account. We may use your email address to contact you about our own products. Your data will not be shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Collection of Data When Using the App

The following information is required for full use of our app:

  • A valid email address
  • Player name (can be changed at any time in the app)
  • Year of birth (Parental Gate – not stored)

7. Advertising

We advertise exclusively for our own products. In our apps, your child is protected by a parental lock.

8. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically stores on your device. Cookies do no harm. You can set your browser so that no cookies are stored; however, this may limit the usability of our website.

9. Data Transfer to Third Parties

Personal data is only transferred to processors on the basis of a valid contractual relationship. When using the following services, data may be transferred to third countries:
